Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

The customer is solely responsible for any delivery failure due to a lack of information when placing the order.

The customer can choose between standard delivery or priority delivery.

It is the Client's responsibility to check the external appearance of the packaging and to note any visible damage to the packaging on the delivery slip.

  1. Delivery times

Delivery times are approximately ten days. This timeframe may be extended for international shipments or if personalization is requested. Personalization takes an additional week on average. Syglam cannot guarantee a specific delivery day or time, as this is dependent on its shipping partners.

Please note that any change of delivery address made by the Customer after the order has been placed may result in a longer delivery time. Syglam cannot be held liable for lost packages if the address provided during the ordering process is incorrect.

Since carriers are separate and independent entities, Syglam cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays attributable to the carrier in question, such as Colissimo.
